Just for the heck of it, I tried starting the game from within the 'C' drive instead of 'F' which I have been using. I have the game, modded and unmodded, on three different drives. Well, the mouse worked. For some reason I guess it didn't like my 'F' drive installation. Go figure! Anyhow, I guess my problem is kinda solved, although I don't have a clue why. From what you said, it wasn't a Win 7 thing. Lord knows.
