FWIW I have a brand new Win 7 systen and was getting continous BSOD,Windows was reporting different memory quantities at random- found 3 problems Prob #1- 1 bad stick of RAM (pull all sticks out and put them back in one at a time to test in slot 1 with memtest) My dimm that was in slot 5 had 4000 errors on the 4th pass. RMA done and new RAM OTW
ditched the bad dimm and put the good ones back in until I get my replacement RAM. Also I reformatted the drive and reloaded everything, so many crashes and corrupt files
problem #2 I had installed NIS 2009. Found out it was incompatible with Win 7 x64 installed nis 2010 (Norton gave me a free upgrade) this solved the BSOD but was still getting websites that wouldn't load like UBIsoft website. I uninstalled Adobe Flash and reinstalled Adobe Flash 10 and it solved that problem. (after another reformat and reload)
Now everything is beautiful except I believe I have some video setting issues that causes the game to randomly stutter. And I wish I could get Hyperlobby to install-sigh
