On my opinion, the main problem with DCG and mods is the attitude of Lowengrin (the DCG,s creator). He has stated than DCG is not going to be updated to get profit from MODS. He is not going to include new planes, maps or loadouts in DCG future versions.
We play a lot with DCG. And Lowengrin did a great work. But the future for this game goes through MODS. Nowadays, one of us has to modify DCG to accept modded planes, loadouts and maps. There are a bunch of ppl here with that skills.
It's a pity the Lowengrin's decission.
