I dont know how or where you all put this mod, but done correctly it works and works well. UI 1.2, I dont have a clue but UP HSFX and SAS it works in the MODS folder or JSGME folder. So unless you know what mods conflict or load first/before this mod you will not see its effects. Try to resolve it before you post that it doesnt work, its only how your game is modded or not.
