And as for making such a map, i have not seen models of that size yet in Il-2. IMHO, such a map would not be worth the effort unless for a dedicated 'what-if' campaign where-by Britain loses the BoB and the Germans try to invade the USA.

I foresee great online fun with a map like that and not just a dedicated campaign. It wouldn't be so bad and useless. I mean we've got the grand canyon ffs. :lol:
