I don't see why it really matters.. what are they gonna do?

It's not really about what they can do to you persay, it's what they can do to this website in the form of lawsuites, no matter how trivial, that would cause the site to have to shut down.
AAA is barely making it now on what little donations they receive. Think of what would happen if they are given a lawsuite that they have to defend.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE your skin. It looks fantasic, but the Red Bull Logo and Bull are trademarks and as such are subject to permission clauses in order to use them the way we would like to.
I also don't want to see them going after you for something as silly as making a fantastic looking skin.
