Hi jack, i think you DL a patch that was corrupt or missing some thing,somtimes it happens....
Download again but from oder mirror like this on and try again: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php? ... oads&c=564
You need the official patch 4.09 and your game must be patched up to 4.08 before you install 4.09
