Try activating the " History Mods " and the Zuti in your JSGME Mods Enabler. The JSGME is a major file in the main Registry of files and folders in IL-2 with HSFX mod pack, as you seem to already know. You can also make a shortcut from the JSGME file and activate-open-the JSGME from the shortcut or by directly clicking on it. Click on the History Mods and the Zuti, then push the > button to move it to the right side in the Enabled column. Restart IL-2. This should do it.
