To me the choice is quite simple, use plain HSFX (with its minipatchs) if you play a SEOW campaign.

If you want to fly in dogfight server "Spit vs 109 mod" , use UP2.0 and "warbirds of prey switcher".

In any case, UP2.0 is based on HSFX, and it's great that mod packer have agreed to cooperate, hopefully this will last.
