I asked a friend of mine who had been in contact with Kegetys before and to ask about it.
This was the reply he got:

Indeed i was the one who made that "pilot running" mod for il2 but it was some years ago.
I don't have it any more because back then it was just a quickly made testmod with several bugs and it wasn't very practical at the time.
It should not be very difficult to make something similar if you have some knowledge of Java
