Edit: I've checked some of the entries in load.ini and believe I'm missing some textures:
forest/summer/rom_ForrestFar.tga
water/water.tga -> I don't even have a dir named water! consequently these are all missing too:
water/CoralCoastLine.tga
water/PacificWater.tga
etc.

Hmmm, you have a problem there. Those are all stock textures, nothing to do with mods at all. Can you load any stockPacific maps? If so it's not those textures causing the problem.
