That's called a ground-loop, and it's a good maneuver for bleeding off excess energy in a hurry, as far as I know this would only be attempted when the speed is low enough to do it safely and you've got sufficient runway left to do it.
As for doing it in IL-2, it's nearly impossible because we don't have differential braking, nor do the aircraft seem to have the same contact with the ground they should have, they all seem to be running on slick tyres on an extremely wet surface... :lol:
