Nice 1st post mate,im sorry i cant help you but i agree it would be very atmospheric to make it all the way back home only to find that you cant lower the U/C,there is a button to manually lower u/c.Sorry i couldnt help you but i had to answer as it was your 1st post and you went about it a nice way(so many others dont)
