Actually in il2 files, you have a line in the hud messages that
says "hidraulyc failure" as another one "SuperCharger damaged"
seens that those features are in the engine, but remember that
doggers cry about some features and oleg disable it, so it just be
matter of see inside Il-2 and see if it's possible to awake back those
features.

Would that be something like going into IL2's config.ini & putting a 1 instead of 0 or something like that....sounds to easy to be true..

No no. isn't go to conf.ini and change 0 & 1, these features must to be unlocked in java files
