Here's an altered height map that should show the hill:

I think I know what happened. When flattening the airfield terrain I must have been a bit too aggressive with the flattening, and done a too large area, thereby flattening the hill myself ...

Anyway, here is a new map_h.tga ... just pop it into your map folder and overwrite the older map_h. Only the very small area of the hill has been altered. Otherwise all terrain remains the same.
