Because a 4.09 install means you have full control over that install, the sounds, the mods in it, any you don't like or need are easily removed or changed manualy.. the only down side is a longer start up time, which is nothing if you are patient..
Many find this type of install preferable to the faster loading but, 'you are stuck with what you got' type of install..
