This is hard to replicate, as I don't think it's possible for the textures to be able to change in colour temperature in Il-2 which is a shame
Not necessarily, trekking in North Africa, when the ground is dusty / gravelly like the photos here suggest, there was never a golden yellowy colour at all. Chalky reds, dusty grey / red, and orangey colours. Pastel shades for the most part, not vivid. Of course, that was morocco, which I appreciate is not libya, but if the terrain was anything like those images suggest (and so anything like morocco), then actually the colours are not half bad at all, although might benefit from being brightened a touch, but not too much.
I agree. Desert.....is not desert. There is as many kind of desert landscapes than human faces in the world........I know yellow desert, white deserts, red deserts, blue desert. i know people imaginating before meet it as yellow place, and when there were there they were surprised by an exlosion of colours.
Even spacemens describe many different kind of colours at the surface of the Moon and not just grey...
Guys you know what...my desert will be a little skyzo so full of colours, don't be affraid....hahahahahaha
It's gonna be without claim a differeny experience than the desert map you already know. I just want to bring diversity to this game.
