The UtraPack 2.0 includes very nearly all of the HSFX 4.1 and a switching ability in UP 2.0 allows you to go into compatibility mode for HSFX 4.1, in case you want to join a 4.1 server.
UP 2.0 adds a bunch of things to the HSFX 4.1
