Ok my bad I didn't realise you just looking for a good shoot-em-up game..

The good news is IL2 has lots of options..

With that said I 'think' if you turn off all the realism settings that you will dumb down the FM such that you wont need any trim for any plane..

Basically set it to arcade settings and you will be good to go!

At least that is what I have been told..

Never tried it myself..
