Thats UI 1.1... got that

patch 4.09m - run game.

UI 1.2 rite? dunno where that is anymore

Now install UP 2.01

got the stuff for it, but of course need to do the above.

Installing anything after you installed the UI will result in your IL-2 not running. The UI content is included in the HSFX 4.1 but you must not have a separate UI installed or anything that you install after that will make your IL-2 not function.
