The short answer is to start with lots of right rudder trim, but seriously, getting a F4U off the deck with any sort of load was always 'interesting'. You might like to take a look at Zeus-cat's 'Straight From the Farm' missions over at M4T: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?n...ls&id=2147 - as good a guide to getting competent at basic IL-2 aircraft handling as you'll ever see, and with a good introduction to carrier ops too.
