You installed UP. Fine. To which version of Il-2? You need to patch to "4.09m" NOT "4.09b1m".
You need to install to an unmodded version - no Sound-Activator, no Unified Installer, no HSFX, no older Ultrapack - just plain "4.09m".
If you followed all this, all lights should be green.
If you didn't, please let us know what you exactly did, on what version of game, else no one could possibly help you.
Also, the percentage numbers give a clear clue on what is wrong, e.g. CTD 5%, 70%, etc. Say, have you met our trusted friend "Mr.Search" so far...?
