You are comparing standard 560ti from MSI. The one I am getting is Gold Edition.

I didn't know they did a Gold Edition :-? , I was just looking at what you had mentioned in OP, the "Twin Frozr" thing and the tests that are in the Toms hardware link are all O/C'd cards. The MSI one came out around the bottom. No matter, it's all horses for courses and it has to fit your budget too.

Me personally, I have to change my plans again, seems the card I want has a bloody long waiting list on it. So, I am now going for the Gainward GTX560ti Golden Sample. Don't they think up some great names hock:
