I think it's possiple. Glass windows in nose are made by "Alpha-channel". We should erase it. And should remove bombardier cabine, of course

I've had a look at making a solid nose J but unfortunately there's no solid J length nose I can graft on. This would mean making a 3d model of the new nose section to graft on and this is outside of my abilities. Sorry guys. Just to make you feel really terrible though, I've added these great pics from FS2004 of what you'll be missing out on.... :twisted:

After reading about "Pappy" Gunn's "Commerce Destroyers", with their 4 nose mounted, 2x2 side mounted and 3 behind the nosewheel mounted 50's, in the "General Kenney Reports" PDF, I've always wondered how it would feel to fly them and pull the trigger on that beast. hock:

shakthamac, I'll try to do B-25J with factory-installed nose section (from A-20G in game), but it will be not authentic off course. And i think it will not work... As i know, we can't modify weapon in 4.08 . But i am interesting in this plane, so i'll try to do it.

id say it would be far better to mod a solid nose J or C model on the existing H model. IRL, the H's weren't used much in combat, those that were had their cannons replaced by twin 50's in most cases, and there weren't that many reproduced anyways.

if we could mod the existing H to look like the C model, that would be best. You could have 8 .50's firing up front with a painted C model nose and no bottom turret as they had IRL

I am always checking this thread for more info this mod and whether it has been uploaded yet.
Hopefully it will be uploaded to at leat the Beta mods section. I have nothing against the B-25
and hope gets the attention it deserves but every time I check on the P-51 Thread someone is asking about the B-25.
