Yes, it is. North are the three platforms built by the Dutch. and surrounded by hangars.
The water to the south is the southern border of the field.
It was also used by the Germans untill the Allies bombed the hell out of it.

There also might be a few small civil airfields. I would have to look that up in an old book.
