I think your own theory is correct: you have some sort of MOD conflict, so the answer is in your own computer.

Ok.. Poltava i did find the mod conflict with mission 2.. It's the Shippack mod and U2VS plane folder in the mods folder..nice mission..AAA fire was incredible.. hock:
I did close down those both mods..then it worked..
what can be wrong with those folders.. :?: hmm in paintschemes the plane folder is U-2VS..and in MODS folder U2VS..is the plane folder name wrong.. :?:
