[FW 190 A8]

Hello!

I was successful in elimianting another mistake at the FW 190. To be exactly the pilot tube at the

FW 190 A8
FW 190 A9
FW 190 F8
FW 190 A8 Mistel

At the original, the pilot tube is mounted on the tip of the right wing. In the simulation it's wrongly mounted on the tip of the left wing.

Fortunately the pilot tube is at the correct wing mounted at the FW 190 D9 and it's not a problem to change the Wing tips of the D9 with the wing tips of the above-named planes.

Can anyone tell me what's to do, that this mod can become published in the download section?

So what about fuselage drop tank for my lovely FW 190D-9? Nearly all Doras in WWII were equiped with ETC 504 fuselage rack with drop tank...

Here's the manual:

1. Open the folder 3DO\Plane\Fw-190D-9(Beta)

2. Copy the following files from this folder :

Gloss1D0o.mat
Gloss1D0p.mat
Gloss1D0q.mat
Gloss2D2o.mat
Gloss2D2p.mat
skin1o.tga
skin1p.tga
skin1q.tga
WingLOut_D0.msh
WingROut_D0.msh

3. Paste these files into Your files folder into the following folders:

files\3DO\Plane\Fw-190A-8(Beta)
files\3DO\Plane\Fw-190A-9(Beta)
files\3DO\Plane\Fw-190F-8(Beta)
files\3DO\Plane\Fw-190F-8Mistel(Beta)

If You get the question to overwrite, klick "Yes to all".

4. Make the following entries into Your filelist:

5. Save the filelist

6. Start the simulation, choose one of these planes, look out of the cockpit and You will see the corrected position of the pilot tube.

Only one question. When you change the interior canopy in A8, do you see a frozen sky?.

I got stuck with this. :?

It's PiTot tube. I'm not sure anyone should be changing parts around. Making AI flyable with cockpits, some sounds and dimming nav lights is one thing. Changing parts around is another IMO.
