SB2C HellDiver???

Well, since it needs a 4 bladed prop, and those are hard to come by, why not use the Ki-84?

The Ki-84 is round and has 4 blades.

TS... Look, its not quite that simple mate. First off, such an attitude is dripping with rudeness, and unappreciation. There are huge amounts of work put into these 'frankenplanes', and those responsible don't need that sort of attitude.

Secondly; incase you're not quite aware, as of this time its still IMPOSSIBLE to import new meshes. Trust me, its literally the holy grail of modding if we could get the new meshes in. Untill a convertor is found, its unlikely that you'll ever see a new .msh added. I can assure you its NOT due to lack of trying; all the key modders are continuously banging their collective heads against the preverbial brick wall, trying to get such a thing, even bringing in outsiders to try and help. Still, to no avail.

So, I repeat to you, and others with the same attitude, stop the whining about 'frankenplanes' and just be bloody grateful that there are those out there putting in huge amounts of hours so people like US can get these new planes. FOR FREE I might add. So give it a rest.

No further such posts will be treated with anyform of civility. I for one am completely sick of such an attitude, and I know I'm not alone. Warning given.

who cares if its a franken plane, im just happy to be able to fly thes wonderful planes put together like a jigsaw and only a nittpicker would care or even notice. Just keep up the great work you guys, and if in time we are able to import meshes, then thats fine too. But until then, I think we owe a lot of gratitude to these modders for their hard work and dedication to this game.

I am sorry if I came off rude...

I hasitly submitted that post without reading how it could be taken in a non-appreciative context...

The Helldiver is a wonderful idea...
Its one of my fav planes... I had high expectations for PF, and when it finally came out... I was sad to see no helldiver, despite Olegs teaser screens...

I think I may have tapped into some of that old anger and disappointment when I submitted that post.. sorry

btw, I love what this community is doing..

VT-51_Razor Wrote:Actually, once you have the TBM trimmed up for the speed it's going, it flies quite nice. I don't think that the "Beast" was nearly as well behaved in the pattern as the Turkey was in RL, or is in this game. I'd vote for the FM of the Pewster Schmuffalo before I'd settle for the TBM's FM.

Edited and corrected.

I'm pretty fed up of hearing frankenplane bashing!..
How the hell will this game expand and flourish if people aren't allowed to experiment and test??
We have some beauties introduced into the game because of this technique that we didn't have before.
This is purely experimentation and some of it will work, and some won't. It's as simple as that fellas! 8)
This thread may pretty much be defunct now anyway as there is a great disturbance in the force..
