When?

When you finish your Spit cockpit reskin

I'm writing the campaign briefings at the moment... there are 80 of them!

Then it will have to be tested, tweaked and I also want to make an intro movie for it.

So it may take a while yet but I'm putting every spare minute I have into finishing it and making it the best campaign that I can.

I'm really happy about the way it has turned out.

Really nice screenshots mate, I look forward to the campaign. Vtrelut, did you make the 602 skins? I'm very interested in that squadron. I would especially love a New LO-W skin if one was available, which is my usual online colourscheme. I just did a complete reinstall of the game and didn't back up my skins folders. I was annoyed and acted too quickly. Also lost a bunch of half finished campaigns, although in truth they would probably have remained half finished anyway. Anyway, if you've got an LO-W, I can definitely offer it a good home.

Hi Billy,

Well I am not able to make or modify any skin! But since the 602 was the home of Pierre Clostermann (LO-D) and Jacques Remlinger in 1944, 2 French aces, there are several 602 skins out there in the French community. I will check on my HDD what I have. The generic DDay 602 skin I have included in my RAF campaigns is from a skinner whom I do not know, unfortunately.

You may also check the Check Six skins download section, I remember they have 602 skins...

I don't browse on check 6 much because regrettably (and it's a very real regret) my French is very poor. I should maybe persevere a little because I know it's an excellent site.

Sorry folks, I just got back from my honeymoon... the last few weeks have been understandably hectic and there has been little (no) progress on this monstrous project... now I'm back... married(!)... and keen to get this, mother of all Normandy campaigns, finished as soon as possible.

I can't say when... but I can say, you're going to like it
