Hmmm


It doesn't look like a cockpit that has been rivetted onto a V1 flying bomb and it doesn't seem to have a propeller - is it one of those "Foo Fighters"?

And it must be pretty cold in their cockpits. They don’t have that big ventilator fan for cooling in front of the plane.

sure they are cool,

but they dont ave the character of a piston engined warbird.

If i could only listen to one sounds one last time it would be a Spitfire fly by

Heeeyyyy......'how come' the T-Birds are wearing the gray HGU-55 helmet??? :evil: they always wear their custom designed -55 to match their aircraf's paint job. I should know...the company I work for makes them for the team; also the USN Blue Angels!!... only kidding, pulling your leg. :mrgreen: Nice pics; and yes, the company is in El Cajon, outside San Diego, and is called Flight Suits/ Gibson & Barnes (for you equipment affecionados.)
NOTHING like the old crackling pistons..for me!! 8)
