Argentina is big & has lots of talent, isn't there 1 Argentian modder out there willing to work on your aircraft??

At the end of the day, modding & creating a/c is very time consuming & a lot of hard work & human hours seems to go into all this creating new aircraft & they obviously need to have an interest in the subject a/c being constructed or it simply does not materialize.

Your best bet is to find yourself an Argentinian modder who would have a personnal interest in your aircraft.

Yes he is buisy at the moment with other proyects AND his models are not released by AAA Wink.
Have you seen a Neptune or a SeaFury out there yet?... Imagine what attention a Pulqui would get by AAA guys...

Instead of a Pulqui, why not to build an I.Ae. 24 Calquin? It saw some action during the 1950's coup in Argentina... 101 planes produced.

About the Pulqui II, i've extracted this part from another webpage:

"...the already mentioned Pulqui II resulted in a complete fiasco; it never performed better than Dewoitine

...gosh, with so many other interesting subjects and things that need to be fixed and improved I can't believe you're wasting time on such a subject...
I mean, no offence, it's not a matter of liking or not liking it, it's just that it serves no purpose to the sim, it's just another misuse of work capabilities that could.... oh why am I even wasting time saying this again? Cry

Someone said a couple of posts ago: "We mod what we want"... so there you go.

I agree this is not a great addition to the sim, and I might not even download it myself, just because I'm not interested, but who can blame him for wanting his country's plane modeled in the game and asking for it?
If he asks for it, and there is someone willing to do it for him... then I'd say that's great! In fact, it's a great opportunity to witness the comradeship and kindness within this community.

Hey budy you say that 'cuz you might be american or english or somthing like that.
You have a lot of historycal aircraft of your country in the sim, but what about the south americans like me and my argentinean friends? The most of us had been forgotten, we dont have markings, or maps, or even a single airplane.
So pleas if you dont like the Pulqui II, dont add it to your IL2 instalation or dont fly it, but pleas dont bother, this is the first south american bird that is being made for IL2 you have almost 200 aircraft from england and america.
I hope you dont see this like an offense.

Cheers

I'm not American nor British, and I understand your point, but the fact is that you simply don't have historical planes.. I mean come on, that thing was a complete fiasco, I'd rather see the other one, which looks like a Mosquito with radial engines.
Brazil had P-47s, Argentina had G.55, there were Corsairs, T.33 etc.. which were bought from the the USA like any other country.
I see your pulqui better in something like Microsoft Flight Simulator, where it can be developed to a stunning visual detail, but for a sim that is based on WW2 and is now starting to look into Korea I think it's totally out of place.
Good luck with that anyway, even if from the performance info I read so far (it's always an aeroplane, and as such I like getting info about it!) it didn't seem to be quite a good one Undecided

my point once again is that we're starting to go a bit off track from the original concept of this flight sim.
