The aircraft on the deck doesn't have to be running and the carrier doesn't have to be moving.
If the aircraft on the deck is turned 90 degrees, the affect seems to go away.
it is a conflict between mods(or uncorrect installation)
i know, that SJack's InfoMod conflict with my mod and give this affect. do you have this mod?

cloudtype is parametr, which configure type of weather in mission, and it occupate in *.mis file.
typecloud is parametr in conf.ini file and it configure quality of all clouds. typecloud=1 needed to correct work of mod.
