I used to think he was just young and ignorant now I'm thinking hes always been a deliberate troll... just a really good one :-?

we have ip'd him, he's silverfish and arctic owl, both of whom have a checkered history of annoying and insulting others. As i said in my justification, there's only so many times we can make allowances for age before you reach the conclusion he's pushing his luck.
