FM's won't be the same as the current Spit IX. Due to faults in the current FM's for the Spit IX's the XVI will have a corrected FM, so you may find that your spitfire flies a bit different now.

Slot work is pretty much done, just awaiting final 3D and FM. Still confirming with VH what models we are going to do (at least the bubble and clip). All will have non-sequential lettering for RAF, opening canopies and complete historic loadout (will include AAA 50cal APIT weapon mod). Here are some pics to wet ones appetites (ignore the skin, not supposed to have outer MGs)

A round of applause for VH-Rock who so far has done a brilliant job on these

But if you ask VH nicely I'm sure he will let you work on the Mk 21 or even work with you on itI love flying the Mk XIV but the Mk 21 has been a big favourite of mine ever since I converted a plastic kit of a Mk XIV into one, so I think it would be more than a little fitting if I did the same in Il2

If VH is happy with the idea then I would love to take on this project.
I haven't modded Il2 before, but I can model in 3D, so I should be able to make the required revisions to the external model and the LODs, but I would probably need some help with the FM and altering the guns. I think the DM might need a little work too.
