Unless of course we all decide (we being all the modding communities) to club together on a unified pack and all work together on a complete revamp of Il-2....
Otherwise though if you want all these loadouts, as Raptor said it would have to be in the form of new slot planes

danzigzag made new slots for those 109s and other planes that he updated the loadouts of....
Of course I mean that they are new slot!!!

the way you were using the word "stock" makes it seem like changing stock planes..
I apologize for the misunderstanding!
What I mean is that the Danzigzag mods are new slot plane that update the stock plane loadout in a more historically correct option and in this way is possible to realize new slot plane that have the same FM/DM/EM/WM of the stock one but have an historically correct and full weapon load!
