Guy's where can i get the speech mod that translates the German and Russian language into English but with a German and Russian accent?

YES there is.
It was on the Casual Simmers Site. If you would like, I can upload it for download.
Takes German, Russian and converts the speech to English with appropriate accents.

Thanks Gumpy and guys, you see, it's who you know not what you know 
I looked for this and even did a search at M4T but i couldn't find it. I'm new there and still working out their download section, it doesn't seem to be laid out to well to me, a bit confusing to where things are... but then that could be just me ...
