http://www.4shared.com/file/40050411/74 ... 70308.html

now I've consolidated all my stuff (except maps) into one download....
..but each is in its own folder....put them all in the MODS folder

but before you do that......disable any old ones of mine by putting a - in front of their name...or moving them to a temp folder in your Ubi folder...once you are happy they are working OK...then you can delete the old ones...(you probably still have the .rar file as backup anyway)

it should be easier to temporarily disable anything....to help debug or if FPS is a problem...until you get a fix.....
and since the static.ini/ships.ini/technics.ini/chief.ini are all in their own folder....any new mods by others can easily be added by just adding a few lines to the bottom of the appropriate .ini file

there shouldn't be any duplication of ini files amongst your mods now....and you will have all my most recent tweaks and adjustments

You forgot to mention that it could be done a T-6 for il2, Which is very similar to the performance D3A1
ps:The t-6 is an American symbol, and it is a beautiful plane, and squadrons could equip the demonstration with him

OK, this isn't a mod or anything, but I thought it would be a good place to put it. I've created a printable Compass Rose that can be used to plot course headings. Can be used on printed maps or held up to monitor screen map in online flights. Especially useful when in Dedicated DF servers that are FULL SWITCH (No map icons) and feature Pacific maps where there are few or no physical landmarks to navigate with. There's no telling how many times I've seen a player enter a game and text, "what's the course heading to target". With this rose you can put it up to the screen over the mission map in the briefing and plot the course quickly, before you hit the "Fly" button.

RAR file includes printable .jpg file and .txt readme with brief instructions on how to prepare and use the rose.

I almost feel silly starting this post because Im so amazed by all of the other maps the Pacific Team and Other map Artist are working on, I know how hard they are, and how much time and effort you put into them so I really doubt that anyone would be gung ho about this, or have the time, However I thought I'd bring it up.

I wanted to start a map for Central and Southern Burma, but then became overloaded by what it takes to make a map. If things quiet down for me I will indeed stick my nose in the tutorials again and figure it out, anyways...

I wanted to ask if anyone was interested in the Burma Road, Rangoon area, and if anyone had given any thought to making a map of said area. If so I'd love to help any way I can, but personaly tackling the project isn't something Im going to be able to do as of now...

Just thought I'd throw it out there incase anyone got excited about the Idea and jumped all over it.

Smile

Just to let you all know there was a bug with the latest AAA MOD PACK which caused people who had the gyro mods installed to loose there spitfire cockpit all together - for those people simply reinstall the gyro mods & then all should be ok again. We have fixed the issue with the new AAA MOD PACK - the new fixed one is called AAA MOD PACK ver 2.1 - the old unfixed version is ver 2.0

What about a map for the Port Moresby Campaign including the Japanese bases of Lae and Salamaua?
It would be interesting to recreate the fights beetween the Saburo Sakai and C. at Lae and the proud defenders of Port Moresby! 8)

Hope someone could do that!
