They were? Which ones? Before the mod when full blown I never seen anything remotely close to one and I have been flying this sim since 01. Cant really say for sure Ive seen one after the mod but have seen some questionable and wacky stuff.
Anticheat program would be great "A mod to control the mods" only problem is it would be bypassed just as easily. For months I was angered and just refused to fly but I come to realize the only way to defeat them is to ignore them. Heck if someone needs a cheat to get a kill or advantage then I say let them have that pathetic life. Now If I see them for sure I will just leave the server as there is no sense in calling them out on it. As long as they are not posted or discussed in anyway how to obtain or create I can still enjoy the game. I took about 3 months away from the sim which is the longest vacation yet and now Im really enjoying myself once again online...cheaters out there or not.

S! chap, and with all due respect sir, if you didn't see cheating long before Mods, even before PF I belive then you weren' t looking hard enough. Certain squads were banned from VEF wars, for cheating ANd not exactlly using the Screenshot cheat... There were packets generated at will to throw the aim off of clients, tehre were strange warpings and unrelaistic acelerations and manouvrability... I've seen it. Of course the apocaliptic crowd predicted the end of online wars... thanks god they were wrong. On came Bellum, AW, Socrhed Earth and lots of others...
On line playing is not ruined, just sorround yourself with like minded friends and all will be fine and dandy.
Now of course I am ll for an anti-cheat program, That would be awsom, to give ease of mind to everybody. But yes of course like any software aplication, nothing remains hack-proof for ever nor cheat free for that matter...
cheers
P.D> to Kosmev99, The onlly thing that spoils communities is intolerance and lack of respect for your fellow simmer. I've been simming since 1984, so belive me I know, I've been in Buletting boards palying on line with 3300 baud modems pal, and from there in clans, squads, armies and navies... and Iv'e seen many communities, large and small, raise, grow and fall.. it' s allways intolerance and lack of respect... but people need to blame someone else allways...
