Fasbian Fred's objects that come with his Thailand map and can be installed separately; have a look at the relevant thread here at AAA. I am away from home (and home computer) till Sunday and I can't post them to you till then. Cheers,
People, just repaint the tile.tga file you have the map folder with the blue sea colour from agracier, it's ok then. No more stock blue water.
ok thanks.
maybe you could mail me your static file...maybe it's a problem of organisation in mine.. :???:
Thanks for you mails Agracier but problem unsolved. i already have cal objects, it's what i used for Kyushu docs. I guess it's a corrupted object file i can't imagine any other logical solution.
This would explain why for static checker all is there.
I replaced the actor static but it do nothing but i was shure it wasn't the problem. The map load with problem but impossible to save somthing must be missing for me. I will try to reinstall all object one by one.
Thanks

I can't save missions either. Loads in FMB though. I installed the FFB Olive Tree but there must be something else.
If someone figures this out please report because I'd like to know what it is too.
I noticed alot of FFB's objects were used on the map. I've used them in my Burmalower map and have his Thailand map as well. Perhaps it's not the newest download version? I can't remember since it's been so long ago.
Also, You may have an extreme drop in frame rates as you fly over groups of these objects. I noticed this when I was making Burmalower which was started by Fabianfred. I deleted many of his objects that were grouped together (sadly) because I simply could not fly over the area. For some reason these objects use alot of memory which is unfortunate.
Many of the airfields are not level. Archangelsk and other maps have the same problem.
This can be easily fixed by going into Map_H and coloring the airfield area with the same color, making it all the same height. I believe there is a (kevinP) tutorial for this method and it's really quite simple to do.
To see if an airfield is unlevel... in FMB choose Stationary Ships Runway 2 or 3 and place it over the landing strip. If any of it does not show then it's because the ground is not level and showing through the runway.
I do like the variety of different looking airfields, thumbs up on that. Overall it's a great map! I just wish I could save missions on it

Try again a few times ... this happens to me with some download sites too ... but usually after 2 or 3 tries the download works
