If I wanted, with some trepidation, to have a look at possibly trying to start building say an I-15 bis for the I-153 slot could anyone point me in the right direction to begin studying how to mod such an aircraft?
That is the longest sentence I have ever written.
I'd like to have a go, or at least have a look at maybe having a go and an I-15bis should be relatively easy since it shares a family resemblance to the 153.
Hi guys...
I haven't seen this posted anywhere, and being generally a bit clueless (LOL)....
I wondered if it was possible to add additional squadron icons to the current list within QMB ???
Has it been done ??.... If not, CAN it be done ??
Here's hoping !!
Hi all.
I have finished beta version of first Strafer. It's early strafer - B-25C(D) for New Guinea. It was made from B-25J and replace it in my game. Therefore, my Strafer uses B-25J loadout. Numbers of crew (6) and number of movied guns (7) were retained from B-25J, but all were corrected by me. Note a new tail gunner.
Strafer works good, all gunners do their work very well
Next time i'll add 4 nose guns. After that, we'll have a good authentic early Strafer - B-25C(D)
PROBLEMS (I need help):
We need to:
1) erase nose cockpit and nose turret
2) erase side gunner positions (only cockpits)
3) erase tail gunner position (only cockpit)
4) correct upper gunner position (only cockpit)
Guys, I work only with 3D-models and I never worked with cockpits. Please, do it!
Also we need a good generic skin for it (345th BG parrot, for example)

Hey,
Just curious as to whether there's a trick to making maps bigger.
I'm using Net5Summer as my base-map for Battle of Britain , the size of which is 1984 x 1888. I wanted to make it bigger so increased it (can't remember the exact size, but both numbers were multiples of 32). For some reason it didn't load in FMB, so I was forced to resize it back to 1984 x 1888.
So, is there a trick I'm missing? Do I need to record the size of the map somewhere?
Joe
I while back I downloaded the 8th airforce mats mod from another sight. I can't remmember
which one . It ads a more realistic set of Three letter codes for the B&C model Mustangs and some
Allied Bombers. I was Wondering if some one could figure out a way to get the Tree letter markings
to work on all the US Mustangs?

Would it be possible to make a Ju-188, possibly with a FM of a heavy bomber from another faction? Mostly Ju-88 parts, don't have a clue for the cockpit... use a Fw-189 hood?
This is not realistic that aircraft is uncontrolable under heavy G.
It will be more interesting and realistic when we will be able to control the aircraft under heavy G, under blind
What are you think about this ? Can you fix it ?
ok im trying to find out if the Mustang MKIII had either the K14 or MKII ferranti gunsight factory fitted or not ? - please any info would be greatly appriciated - im finding this tough to find any info on - it was a 1944 model & i have found one reference to it it having the k14 but other than that i cant find a thing :? so you know i will not make the mod unless i find out for sure that it did carry it - here is the only reference ive found to it having a k14

For those with an interest in this topic, I have created an illustrated tutorial on the basics of VVS camouflage during the 1939-45 era. The article is in three parts, coving fighter coluration, bomber colouration, and then winter and national markings material.
