Patty Andrews was 94 when she passed from us today, the youngest, lead singer, and last survivor of The Andrews Sisters trio. The group was extremely popular and brought a morale boast to many Allied troops stationed at home and overseas during WW2. They were one of my mother's personal favorites, so I made a special effort to post here. My mother was a teenager during the war.

Few survivors remain of the greatest war in history. Let us forever honor their service and an outstanding generation. Here we honor Patty Andrews and many memories of her and The Andrews Sisters.

Im still experiencing computer lag when playing il-2 sturmovik regardless of what graphic settings or video mode i use even when now my computer is far more powerful than il-2 max settings use. what can i do to make my game run as it should?

Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB
Ram: 16gb
Processor ATI FX(fm)-4170 quad-core 4.2ghz

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Currently using Hsfx 6.0

I also experience very wierd graphic behaviour regardless of which one i use, directX or openGL. with directX enemy planes and if using, their nameplates are randomly dissappearing and with openGL, wierd backround texture flashing more or less, depending of map, and at least plane nameplates dissappearing when flying in certain angle and especially when the target plane is flying over a forest or sea.

I would be very thankful if someone could tell what to do to make il-2 run as it should:/

For comparision, bf3 is running perfectly with highest possible graphic settings.

On 8 December 1939 the squadron was reformed at Martlesham Heath to bring the Boulton Paul Defiant fighter into service. Operations began in March 1940 when the squadron started convoy patrols. After initial successes the Luftwaffe soon realised that the Defiant was vulnerable to frontal attack, and the squadron started to have heavy losses of aircraft and crew. At the end of May 1940 the squadron was withdrawn from operations as a day-fighter squadron and began to train in the night-fighter role. It was called into action again in the day fighting role at the height of the Battle of Britain but again suffered losses and returned to the night-fighter role. After a number of moves around England, including Luton Airport. In May 1942 the squadron moved to RAF Colerne to operate the de Havilland Mosquito II, later trading them in for the later Mark VI.
All skins are individually Coded and have various Roundal types and Font
Thickness.

Bf-110C 6.ZG2 (A2+AL) ex 3.ZG52 Guyancourt France 1940.
Flown by Hauptman.Eberhard Heinlein and still sporting the 3./ZG52 unit Badge.
Although this aircraft is widely depicted as having Yellow Fonts and Prop Hub
(as in Screenshot above) BUT Plt Off JRB Meaker informs Me that the
correct Colour shold be Red,so for arguments sake I have included both.
