Hi. I am wondering, does the MDS have any use for the single offling player?

prompted by Radpigs post on multi keyboards, and being limited in Il2 to 4 Hotas devices - Joystick, Throttle, yoke and pedals
Just set a profile for Bombsite (M1), Navigation (M2)and Fraps/Qtrack(M3)
Simply load up Il2 or Clod (where there are commands in common) and assign new codes in game (by using Gkeys)
Same with hotkeys for Fraps.
Macros added for Bombsite table

PKs are important for a WWI air combat sim because the pilot had little protection and a huge percentage of kills in the actual war were from wounded or killed pilots. After all their heads were sticking way up and even though most of the lower body was covered up, there was little there to stop bullets. So of course this is a good question to ask in here!!!

Just upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8. Any advice regarding installing IL-2 1946

Bought a Saitek yoke a while back and was unhappy with its feel.

Just done a quick mod and replaced the elevator axis spring with a lighter tension one (7.1mm x38.1mm from Rolson 150pc assortment 61298), and it feels a whole lot better. The stock spring increased tension the more it stretched,but using a spring with more coils reduces this effect + lower tension makes the yoke pleasant to use.

as this is my first message, i'll introduce myself: i live in Spain, work as a helicopter pilot and play Sturmovik since almost a decade ago...and i love it

after a couple of years without playing it (due to my new baby), i installed it again with all patches and HSFX updated...it works perfect, in single player and online with hyper lobby...but no way to see the online chat on my screen!

i've tried everything, from my screen resolution to the config.ini, but found no solution

i'm sure it will be a silly thing i can't understand, but i would be pleased if anyone of you could help me to solve this...

Hi guys , just a question for the tech heads , I'm going to to do a clean install of Windows 7 , I'm going get get rid of Vista once and for all , so..that being said can I take all my files located in my C drive , back them up in an external hard drive ,,then once I've installed Windows 7 , can I simply just drop them back on my pc from the external without causing any conflicts ?? I just wonder if the Vista related stuff that might be in the files might cause issues with 7 that I dont want .. thanks ahead
